California Healthy Kids Survey

Parent Survey

Parent Survey

Our district is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for your children to learn, grow and thrive.  This week, many AUSD students—with parent permission—will take the California Healthy Kids Survey, a measure of school climate, engagement and safety, and risk behaviors students may currently face.  District administrators and staff will analyze survey results to determine what programs and supports might be instituted to best serve your students.

Parent input is also a crucial part of a healthy school campus; in fact, parent engagement is a specific priority in Auburn Union’s Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).  The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) offers a Parent Survey, which we are asking all parents to take.  This is an opportunity for parents to provide important feedback to District administration.  The District will use this information to create an environment where parents feel welcome and heard.

The CHKS Parent Survey will be available online Starting March 29th.  To access the survey, simply follow the appropriate school link below and choose your primary language.  If you have children attending multiple schools, please complete a survey for each child.
