Here are a couple of things to try before contacting support.
Make sure the device is charged.
Try doing a hard reset by pressing the Refresh and Power button at the same time and then release.  Press the power button.
If you are still experiencing issues, please send an email to support@auburn.k12.ca.us.  Please include your student ID and a detailed description of the problem.  You may be asked to return the device to the District Office repair center or a School site for a Loaner.

If your device is lost or stolen you must notify your teacher or support@auburn.k12.ca.us within one day and follow up with an official police report.
